friends. I
was so inspirational, I moved to immediately write and present for other peopel.
one time in Indonesia, there is a company that does recruiting for a position. The
company is a large company and popular in Indonesia. Applicants
for this position is about the 2000s. But only one
person who finally accepted to work there.
In the recruitment process, the company gives a written test. The contents of the written test, is a case to be answered by prospective employees. Here's the case in the written test.

You're riding a motorcycle in the middle of a rainy night, while you’re riding of the road you see three people waiting for the arrival of public transportation:
- An olderly grandmother who is very hungry.
- A doctor who once saved your life before.
- Someone who has been a special dream of your heart.
You can only invite one person, whom would you invite?
And explain why you did it!!

If you participate in the recruitment process, about what answer would you give?
from about 2000s applicants & answers, only one reply is received, the person just write briefly:
"I will give my bike lock to the doctor and tell him to bring the old grandmother to be helped immediately. While I will living there with my special girl for waiting for public transportation."
And this person accepted and immediately got smart & brilliant qualifying employee.
from this story the lessons can I learn is that we can do a nice job efficiency. The requirement is we want to sacrifice more to get something bigger.
